Download or update the Verizon Messages (Message+) app from the Apple App Store. Confirm you have HD Voice on your phone line. The Account Owner will receive an email that a purchase was made. You'll receive a text confirming that a purchase was made. Next time you choose this saved account, you'll be asked for the PIN to verify your purchase. Enter your same PIN twice to verify it, and tap Create Pin. Note: If you saved your card, you'll be asked to create a PIN. The next time you buy an eGift, you can select the saved account, and you won't be asked to enter your card information again. If you plan to buy future eGifts with this card, select Save this card info. Credit Card: You can use a new credit card or select one you've previously used and saved. Charge My VZ Account: When you charge an eGift to your Verizon Wireless account, it will appear on your next month's bill. Choose how you want to pay for the eGift:. If available, select the eGift style you like. Select the eGift that you want to send. 
From within a conversation, tap the + icon.You've successfully downloaded Verizon Messages and added your iPad to your account. Open the Message+ app on your smartphone and open the message with the QR code.If you see a prompt asking you to "Allow Message+ to take pictures and record video" tap Allow.

The app needs access to your camera because you will be scanning a QR code to activate your iPad.
If you see a prompt requesting camera access for Message+ tap Ok. If desired, edit the nickname for the device. If prompted, read and accept the Terms & Conditions. 
Tap ENABLE to start using Verizon Messages. This means the app is on your device but has been disabled. Note: You may see ENABLE instead of INSTALL. Select Verizon Messages from the search results.Enter "Verizon Messages" in the Search field.Note: Before you can connect to Verizon Messages on iPad you'll need to set it up on your smartphone first.
